1. When you register with Murabba, all your personal and financial information is encrypted and kept completely confidential. No one, except Murabba employees or Saudi authorities, can access this information unless you request it yourself.
2. At Murabba, we never sell your personal information, including your email address. However, some of your information may be used to send our special offers, and you can request to stop receiving these offers at any time.
3. Bank deposits that have been left for more than 90 days without order completion due to the account holder not contacting us via phone, personal visit, email, or Murabba’s ticket system, will be considered null and void. The account holder will not be entitled to claim the funds or request any services from Murabba.
4. Financial transactions made through PayPal are subject to service provider audits, and no credit card details of any customer are stored on the Murabba site. There is also a 6% fee applied to the invoice for payments made via credit card or PayPal.
5. At Murabba, we use cookies on customers’ devices to ensure secure communication and interaction between us and them. We only use cookies for logging in and out of the client’s control panel and related applications.
6. Murabba is committed to providing technical support at the server maintenance and monitoring level only. Murabba is not responsible for providing technical support for any software or systems installed by the client on the server in connection with their site services.
7. Murabba backs up all hosted sites on a separate hard drive on the server and another external server. However, data preservation remains the client’s responsibility, and Murabba is not liable for any loss or damage to the hosted site’s data. Within a period of one year, after more than one year has passed since deleting the service, another pricing will be applied according to the period.
8. If a client’s hosting account subscription expires, Murabba will provide a copy of the site for free, if requested within two days of the subscription expiration date. After two days, Murabba will offer a backup of the site (if it hasn’t been deleted and is still on one of the servers) for a fee of 200 SAR per request.
9. If the hosting account subscription expires, Murabba retains a backup of the site for 30 days. If the subscription is not renewed, the backup will be permanently deleted from Murabba’s servers. If the backup still exists on one of the servers, it will be provided at a fee of 200 SAR per request.
10. Murabba is responsible for protecting domain names registered through it and associated with an active account. Murabba will attempt to contact the client about renewing the domain name, which will be renewed only upon the client’s request and the necessary payment. If the client chooses not to renew the domain, Murabba will not be responsible for it.
11. Murabba provides the client with a domain name registered with the client’s email, which can be managed through their Murabba account without any intervention from our side.
12. Murabba does not offer free domain name registration with any of its hosting plans. The client must pay for both the domain name and hosting fees.
13. At Murabba, we cannot change the primary domain name of the site after the hosting account has been created. To make such a change, a nominal fee of 50 SAR is required, paid once for each change.
14. Upon the domain subscription’s expiration, clients can renew the domain within 25 days at the standard price. After this period, the domain enters the redemption phase, which costs 600 SAR for recovery. The domain remains in the redemption phase for another 25 days before moving to the deletion phase, which lasts 25 to 40 days before the domain becomes available for registration again.
15. Hosting services are dedicated to websites that provide content on the internet. It is prohibited to use the allocated space for storing files or data unrelated to the website’s content.
16. Murabba is primarily a hosting service provider, and domain names registered through Murabba are intended for direct Murabba clients and users. A fee of 50 SAR is required for administrative services like changing the domain name’s owner or transferring it to another account.
17. For Murabba server clients, the renewal fee must be paid before the current subscription period ends. If the client does not wish to renew the server, Murabba must be notified by the 25th of the current month. If the request is made after this date, the server cannot be canceled. In certain cases, exceptions may be made for late payment. If the client fails to make the payment, Murabba reserves the right to manage the server’s content or take actions it deems necessary to ensure its financial rights. The client will not have the right to object or file a complaint with any official authority in the Kingdom.
18. The client may request to cancel the order and receive a refund within 14 days from the subscription date, only if the issue is due to Murabba. Murabba will not bear any bank transfer fees, whether domestic or international, and domain names and security certificates are not included. After 14 days from the order execution date, the client is not entitled to cancel or request a refund.
19. Murabba has the right to terminate the contract and stop the service at any time without explanation. Murabba will refund the client’s remaining financial rights and provide a backup of the site (not necessarily complete), unless the reason for cancellation is due to prohibited activities (mentioned below). In the case of prohibited activities, Murabba reserves the right not to refund any financial rights or provide a backup, and the site will be deleted completely.
20. All client refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
21. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the client’s request and will be credited within 5 to 15 days, depending on the payment method and its refund policies.
22. While we care about our clients and always aim for the best, Murabba reserves the right to modify any clause of this agreement at any time. The client is expected to stay informed about these changes, even if no notification is received from Murabba.
23. The client is not allowed to defame or insult Murabba, its employees, or administrators. Instead, the client can file a complaint with the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia. Any defamation, insult, or slander will result in the contract’s termination, service cancellation, and non-reactivation unless ordered by the court.
24. If the client requests the deletion of their account, subscription, or site, they will not be entitled to any backup of their site or to reactivate the subscription unless a new subscription fee is paid.

**Prohibited Activities**
1. At Murabba, customers are prohibited from using the service to host the following types of websites: sites that defame the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in any way, pornographic sites, sites intended for direct offense of any kind (religious, artistic, or personal), commercial sites selling drugs or violent tools, file storage sites, fraudulent sites for stealing personal, electronic, or financial information (such as credit card information), unauthorized or pirated software/scripts, and political sites intended for direct and clear harm rather than constructive criticism.
2. Murabba does not allow hosting services to be used for sending spam emails or running scripts that consume server resources, such as retweet scripts, Instagram scripts, etc. Using such services may result in your website being suspended without warning, and it will only be reopened upon paying a fine of 500 SAR. In some cases, the site may not be reopened, and Murabba reserves the right to delete the site without refunding any financial or data-related claims.
3. High usage of programs, databases, or forums (such as vBulletin forums) that consume significant server resources, like memory (RAM) or CPU, and pose a threat to server stability, will require the customer to take appropriate action or upgrade their hosting plan to match the resource demands of the software or forum. Murabba administrators are required to notify the customer of this high resource consumption, regardless of the current data usage or space occupied, as the resource consumption involves server resources. For example, Murabba Promotional Plan allows only 2% of server resources, while the Basic Plan allows 6%, the Personal Plan 10%, and the Premium Plan 20%. If the client’s site exceeds its allocated resources, they will receive necessary notifications from the technical support team, advising them to upgrade to a plan that suits their consumption. Failure to respond within 30 days will result in service suspension, and an excess usage invoice will be issued. Service will only be restored after the invoice is paid.
4. The website administrator is fully responsible for the site’s content and must ensure that all software and plugins are updated and secure. If any vulnerabilities or suspicious files are detected on the site, Murabba will automatically remove such files after reviewing them. If the customer takes no action to secure their site, Murabba reserves the right to suspend the site until the issue is resolved.
5. Any attempt to hack Murabba’s servers or any of its clients’ sites via your website will result in the immediate termination of your account, with no refund of any fees. Legal action may also be taken.
6. Hosting accounts must always be linked to a domain name; they cannot be used with an IP address alone.
7. Websites may be restored if the violation is not repeated, with a financial penalty of 200 SAR. However, if the violation occurs again after the account is reopened, it will be permanently terminated without warning, and the customer will not receive a backup copy.
